Ntokozo Mbambo’s Message to her late Mother

Award winning Gospel musician Ntokozo Mbambo Mbatha who is married to music maestro and producer Nqubeko Mbatha shared a heart warming message while reflecting about her mother recently. Reminiscing on time shared with her mother she said “My Mommy gave the best hugs” next to their photo.

Ntokozo Mbambo often leans to the Word of God for direction during the hard times and while doing so also encouraged many who have also lost loved one.

Ntokozo Mbambo and her mom Nomhle Mbambo had a very close relationship. Her mother believed in her music ministry from a young age such that at the age of 15 she joined the Joyous celebration gospel group. Ntokozo once shared how it was her mom who gave her the first opportunity to sing on one fully packed Sunday church service back when she was in primary school. She often referred to her mom Nomhle as her bestie (bestfriend), intercessor among her other roles she played as a mother in her life.

“And then, after your brief suffering, the God of all loving grace, who has called you to share in his eternal glory in Christ, will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever. Yes, he will set you firmly in place and build you up.”

‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5:10‬ ‭(TPT‬‬) 🖤🖤 Sending virtual hugs to all those who’ve lost loved ones ♥️♥️ It’s been a rough couple of months for most of us but just know you’re not alone. God is still at work

🙏🏽 Ps. My Mommy gave the best hugs

Healing takes time,it has only been a couple of months and the healing process is still on going. We thank God for the help of the Holy Spirit who is our comforter in times of need. Nomhle Mbatha sadly passed on to be with the Lord on the 30th of June 2020 last year. This happened at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic where it was even though to move around and gather with family or friends.
