Former Joyous Celebration Lead Singer HLE Announces Debut Album “Your Kingdom On Earth”
Former Joyous Celebration lead singer Hlengiwe Ntombela -Mthethwa who is popularly known as “HLE” is ready to release her debut album. The contemporary Gospel songstress Hlengiwe Ntombela has revealed 28 August 2020 as the release date of her first solo album titled Your Kingdom On Earth(YKOE).

Recorded at Sky Rink Studios in Jo’burg, the project is a 13-track live album produced by HLE alongside award-winning gospel producer and partner Siyanqoba Mthethwa.

The announcement was made with an exclusive album trailer on DSTV’s Christian music channel ONE Gospel. Since then pre-orders were opened on iTunes in anticipation to the official full release of Your Kingdom On Earth(YKOE).

Gospel music lovers have already gotten a taste of some of HLE’s work with her singles that were well received by her supporters. The album comes off the back of the former Joyous Celebration singer’s acclaimed singles titled “You Are” and the iTunes Chart-topping “Dwala“.
Speaking on the feeling of finally sharing her album with the world, HLE beams with excitement. “I’ve been listening to this since it was recorded and every time I hear it, it has a different emotion to it and effect on me,” she says. “It’s hitting me in daily intervals that this is not only mine now. The album displays HLE’s prowess as a solo act and folds various styles of gospel – from the funky to the soulful and emotive – into a solid body of work. With the album now available for pre-order, fans can get their hands on an absolute favourite “Nguwe,” to tide them over until release day.
