Sechaba Bounces Back With An Album That Will Bring Healing To Mzansi – ‘Send Me’

South African born award-winning and multi-platinum selling gospel sensation Sechaba Padi makes a fearless return after taking a break from the music industry.

Sechaba had his industry breakthrough back in the early 2000s with Joyous Celebration, where he honed his craft and became a household name in the local gospel scene.

Sechaba’s new album is dropping on Friday the 17th of March 2023 and this is his first project since 2019.

He is a renowned musician and known for his soul touching music and Sechaba keeps the thrill going after many of life’s setbacks with his latest offering titled ‘Send Me’  aka Thuma mina.

He got the help he needed to make music again and the anticipated new album consists of 15 tracks. Staying true to his gospel music roots, Sechaba’s new album “Send Me” is a traditional Gospel project with IsiZulu, Sesotho and English songs catering for a wide audience locally and internationally.

He will be launching the album around the country starting with his hometown Welkom in April and Botswana in May.

The album means a lot to Sechaba, he regards this as his ‘come-back’ with the aim to heal souls, mend broken relationships and bring people together. Dr Rebecca Malope and Sipho ‘Bigfish’ Makhabane are among those that have shown support to Sechaba after his recent misfortunes.

He created this during a difficult time in his journey and he hopes the album will change the lives of millions of South Africans facing challenges of unemployment, sicknesses, and diseases. Fans should not expect anything less from this album.
