CFCI Invites CASSPER Nyovest to Shares Testimony, was it Wrong or Just Wrong Timing?
I would advise to watch the entire sermon (see below) before you answer whether or not it was right for Cassper to be given a Pulpit platform already.
Cassper was invited to the Miraculous Catch Youth Revival 2024 that was held at CFCI Theatre Durban, South Africa. This came after his tell all sit down with Wisdom & wellness podcaster Mpoomy Ledwaba about finding his way back to God again.
Lets look at it this way;
What is happening with the life of rapper Refiloe Phoolo (Cassper Nyovest) is exactly what transpired with Paul the Apostle (Acts 9:1-22). You will see God for yourself in action through Cassper Nyovest if you give it a chance or it could be premature.
In early January 2024, Cassper shared a video of him getting baptized and shared on various platforms that he has returned to God.
“A lot of people have been asking me why I’m quiet and what’s going on. To give you a summary, I went through a reset and I realised what life is and my purpose in this life. I’m not ashamed to say my soul was washed by the blood of Jesus. I’m not ashamed of the gospel and I will be unpacking more as time goes,” Cassper Nyovest said in a video shared on his Instagram account.
Understanding God’s Work Through Cassper Nyovest
Let’s talk about how God works and what’s happening with Cassper Nyovest. Here’s what you need to know:
- Remember Paul’s Story: Paul was known for being a major sinner, even persecuting Christians, until he had a life-changing encounter with Jesus. He was then sent to preach to both the sinners he used to hang out with and the Christians he once harmed. Jesus Himself taught Paul, not the Apostles (see Galatians 1:11).
With that context, here’s how God operates:
- God is Strategic:
- God wants many souls in His kingdom, and He’s preparing for the rapture by raising people with influence to bring more to Him.
- Cassper is one of those people, chosen to have an impact. There will be more like him.
- God is Mysterious:
- God does things in unexpected ways, like when He used a donkey to talk to Balaam or a fish to swallow Jonah.
- He also told Isaiah to walk around naked and Ezekiel to bake a cake using human feces. These are just a few examples.
- Using Cassper is another mystery of God’s plan.
- God Doesn’t Ask for Advice:
- From the beginning of time, God has never needed advice from anyone.
- He chooses whoever He wants for His purposes whenever He wants, without consulting anyone else.
You haven’t seen anything yet. God will elevate Cassper greatly. He’ll have the right mentors and guides, and his influence for God will spread quickly, just like Psalm 92:10 says. He’ll become one of the greatest, just like Paul did.
- Change is Coming:
- Cassper will eventually leave behind all worldly things because God is working on him.
- As Christians, it’s your role to pray for him, support him, and speak positively about his new path.
- Pray and Support:
- Prophesy a new beginning in his life.
- Fight against any negative forces that might try to claim him.
- Stand by him, and don’t judge.
Lets keep him in our prayers and let God be the judge, the author and finisher of his faith.
To Cassper Nyovest, keep praying and reading the Word of God, brother. Keep following your calling as you are, don’t be pressured act righteous just for people but the Holy Spirit will guide you, and let it grow into perfection. Remember this a personal journey not a group, sometimes you will have to move solo.
