Musicians Brenden Praise and his wife Mpoomy Ledwaba who are also popular content creators had the socials in envy after meeting Kirk Franklin and music group Maverick City in the United States(US).
The young couple flew across the world for their all access VIP Maverick City and Kirk Franklin Concert bucket list experience.
They have never been shy to state their love for God and are Jesus fanatics on their social platforms including in their podcast called “Our love Journey”.
Their Answered Prayer
Mpoomy announced that she was on work leave and later shared pictures of their Maverick City Music Tour in Washington where they also met gospel musician Kirk Franklin and his wife Tammy Franklin.
She posted on Instagram that this was one of the things she prayed for this year inspired by Pastor Mike Todd’s book called #crazyfaith.
“My life is in your hands. My first book of the year was #crazyfaith by Ps Mike Todd, at the first page of every book I always write my intention & what I hope to get from each read. This time I decided to write what Iβm believing God forβ¦..amongst other things, a Mav worship experience was on the list (before a tour was even announced) and here we are!”

Maverick City Music is a relatively new but chart popular contemporary gospel music group founded in 2018 in the US. Their live shows are explosive and it is similar to the Joyous Celebration concept in terms of but focus strongly on recruiting singer, songwriters, worshippers with a sound that is uniquely their own.
