CFCI Easter draws Ramaphosa & Zuma to Worship in KZN

Convenant Church Fellowship Church (CFCI) was able to draw both president Ramaphosa and former president Zuma to be part of their 2018 Easter celebrations. This was President Cyril Ramaphosa’s first Easter as he was sworn in as president of South Africa ealier in the year to replace Jacob Zuma who was asked to resigned. The theme of their Mega Passover convention was “The power of a praying church” based on the book of Acts chapter 12 verse 5.

CFCI is one the largest charismatic churches in KwaZulu Natal, it is lead by Apostle Colin Dhlomo & Prophetess Nomusa Dhlomo based in Esikhaleni, just outside Richards Bay.The church consist of over 21 branches where God is using Apostle Colin Dhlomo and Nomusa Dhlomo mightly to strengthen the local church in the ways of God.

The crowd cheered and burst in to song to welcome the president Cryril Ramaphosa who suprised the people of northern KZN with a visit during the Easter passover celebrations. Ramaphosa joined the CFCI 2018 Easter convention on Friday addressing over 20 000 bretheren pleading them to continue to pray for South Africa and unity in leadership particulary in the ANC.

President Zuma also took time out to fellowship with the people gathererd at CFCI 20181 Easter convention in Esikhaleni on Sunday. The visit from the former and current president Ramaphosa seemed it was a coincident as both were not aware Zuma insinuated. Zuma said he was happy to attend church in his home province KZN and asked the church to pray for polotician, especially towards the elections.
