South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa bestowed the Order of IKHAMANGA in Silver to Dr Rebecca Malope at the Sefako M Makgatho Presidential Guesthouse in Tshwane, this November. The multi-award winning South African gospel queen has recorded over 40 albums with a career spanning well over 20 years in music and is the first gospel artist to receive such an award. This is a win for gospel music in South Africa.
