
South African gospel singer/songwriter Thinah Zungu escaped a near death car accident last week. Thinah recalls that while driving back home last week he lost control of the car as it was dark at night. The car went off the road and drove off down a hill into a valley of bushes.

However the range rover did not roll over as it went off road and that spared his bones. In a social media post Thinah shared a picture of the car wreck and really umusa kaNkulunkulu is evident there. He came out unharmed and was able to perform at his weekend events that he was booked for. What the enemy meant for bad God turned it around for good,Glory be to God. He is not shaken and continues to push through regardless to the challenges.

He is popularly knowing for his hit songs such as ‘KwaNqaba Umusa” , “Jesu ufika ekuseni” and many more from his albums and colaborations. He has collaborated with alot of other gospel artists such as Hlengiwe Mhlaba, Pastor Sipho Ngwenya, Spirit of Praise recently and even released a collaboration album with Dumi Mkoksdad. He is a gifted worship singer, songwriter and producer and was fortunate to releases his songs under his own company. Thinah Zungu has been blessed with many cars this is just one.
He also recently added a jaguar to his car collection beside his tour bus.
Zungu is from a place just outside Durban called Inanda in KwaZulu Natal. He has already released four albums since he was introduced to the South African public.
He released his debut album Enkazimulweni in 2007 followed by his second gospel album titled Kuthe Bekwazi in 2009. In 2011, he released his biggest album of his music career called Kwanqab’umusa. The Kwanqab’umusa album won him the best album and best gospel song and best songwriter at the SABC Crown Gospel Awards 2012.
Zungu also released Nginguthandiwe under his own company, Thinah Music Productions in 2013.
