Gospel musician, TV presenter and business woman Mahalia and her fiancΓ© Wayne got married in Cape Town following their engagement over a year.
The two took social media by storm when Mahalia shared a beautiful video of her surprise engagement proposal just after the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions were lifted.
That was when we got introduced to Mahalia and Wayne as a couple, when she said “yes” to love. Again social media was a buzz when she shared moments of their wedding day saying “Married the love of my life 20:09:2022”.

On the 22nd of September the two love birds Mahalia and Wayne shared snippets of their joy after having a destination wedding in Cape Town. Both Mahalia and Wayne are based in Johannesburg. But for their wedding they had it at the luxurious Spanish Farm Guest Lodge in Cape Town.
The gospel songstress looked breath-taking in her custom wedding gown designed South African based Namibian by designers Ruberto Scholtz.

Lusanda Beja Performance at Mahalia and Wayne Wedding
Cape Town based gospel musician Lusanda Beja got the “tender” to minister at the wedding of Mahalia and Wayne. Lusanda and his amazing band performed Mahalia’s songs for the guests among others . Mahalia later also performed one of Lusanda’s songs in her thank you speech and thanked the “Jesu uLidwala” hit maker saying “Thank you chom for everything”.
