
Ntokozo Mbambo Also Won Album of the Year at SAMAs
Congratulations to Gospel star Ntokozo Mbambo for winning three awards at the 29th South African Music Awards (#SAMA29) for her album called Lavish Worship. The awards were broadcasted on SABC 1( DSTV channel 191) on the 19th of November.

This year Ntokozo Mbambo came out as one of the top winners when she won the award for Female Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Best Contemporary Faith Music Album at #SAMA29. She attended the awards in person and came out in her orange designer evening dress.
Speaking on the amazing wins, Ntokozo Mbambo said “Words FAIL me! I’m in awe of God, His faithfulness, His favor and His love!”

Many were delighted after hearing her name announced as one of the winners for the evening of glitz where South African artists across all genres are celebrated by the #SAMA29.

Ntokozo Mbambo’s New Music
Lavish Worship is Ntokozo’s 6th solo album. The full album was released just before the Easter celebrations in March this year. On the Lavish Worship album she featured fellow gospel artists Mabongi, Khaya Mthethwa and also Nigerian instrumentalist Pastor Nathaniel on the fan favorite called Makabongwe.
Ntokozo started her professional music career at a young age after serving in the church choir. She has been in the gospel music industry for 20 years as she started singing at the age of 15 when she joined Joyous Celebration.
Years later Ntokozo Mbambo started her solo career as a contemporary gospel artist leading her to winning these three prestigious awards at the 29th South African Music Awards (#SAMA29).
